What is Intervyo and how does it work?
Intervyo is an AI-powered platform for interview and assessment preparation. You can practising live AI mock interviews, record answers to HireVue-style timed questions, sit psychometric tests in the real formats, get CV reviews and cover letters, and run full late-stage simulations. Every session returns a structured AI feedback report scored across communication, structure, technical depth, confidence, relevance, and readiness. Intervyo is a practice tool: we are not a recruiter and we do not guarantee any outcome.
What does the free tier include?
The free tier is a one-time taster, and no card is required. It includes 1 live mock interview, 1 HireVue practice question, 1 CV review, 1 psychometric test, 8 Vyo coach messages, and deadline alerts for 5 firms. It does not include assessment centre simulations or cover letters. You can upgrade at any time for the full allowances.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create an account and use the full free tier without entering any payment details. You only add a card if you choose to upgrade.
Plans and pricing
How much is the monthly subscription and what does it include?
The monthly subscription is £29.99 per month. It includes 20 live mock interviews, 130 HireVue questions, 150 psychometric tests, 5 assessment centre simulations, 200 Vyo messages, every firm-specific question bank, 10 CV reviews, 10 cover letters, unlimited firm alerts, and full access to Learn and Technicals. You can cancel at any time.
What is a Firm Pack?
A Firm Pack is a one-time purchase focused on a single firm, priced at £69, and it lasts the whole application season. It includes a firm-specific HireVue bank (30 questions), psychometric tests in the formats that firm uses (50 runs), 20 live AI mock interviews, 30 technical questions, 15 CV reviews, 15 cover letters, 10 firm research credits, 50 extra Vyo messages, a stage-by-stage process map, and a written brief on the firm.
What is the Firm Premium Pack?
The Firm Premium Pack is £119. It includes everything in the Firm Pack, plus the late-stage tools: the assessment centre simulator, multi-round mock interview days, interviewer profiles and insider notes, full compensation and exit-opportunity intelligence, and a deeper written brief. Like the Firm Pack, it is a one-time purchase for a single firm and lasts the whole season.
Is there an option that covers every firm?
Yes. The Season Pass (£139 per year) is an annual subscription that gives you Premium-level access across every firm, rather than a single firm. It is billed once a year and renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your account dashboard to stop it renewing.
Billing and cancellation
How do I cancel?
You can cancel the monthly subscription or the Season Pass at any time from your account dashboard. There are no contracts and no lock-in, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. The Firm Pack and the Firm Premium Pack are one-time purchases, so there is nothing to cancel.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. The monthly subscription renews each month, and the Season Pass renews each year, through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel. The Firm Pack and the Firm Premium Pack are one-time purchases and do not renew.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We honour a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase on the monthly subscription, the Firm Pack, the Firm Premium Pack, and the Season Pass. To request a refund inside the 7-day window, email admin@intervyo.co.uk. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Data and privacy
How is my data handled?
We set out exactly what we collect and why in our Privacy Policy, and how long we keep each type of data in our Data Retention Policy. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers.
About the firms
Are you affiliated with the firms you mention?
No. Intervyo is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any firm, employer, or test provider referenced on the site. Where we name a real firm, it is only to identify the role or programme you are practising for. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners, and every test format is an original recreation of a publicly known format for practice.
