Refund Policy

The 7-day money-back guarantee
We want you to buy with confidence. Every paid purchase on Intervyo is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If Intervyo is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms, no hoops.
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under consumer-protection law. Nothing here removes those rights.
1. What the guarantee covers
The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to:
- The monthly subscription, your first payment
- The Firm Pack, a one-time purchase
- The Firm Premium Pack, a one-time purchase
- The Season Pass, an annual subscription (your first payment)
The free tier involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund there.
2. The 7-day window
The window runs for 7 calendar days starting on the date of purchase shown on your receipt. A request counts as on time if you email us before the end of the 7th day, even if we reply afterwards.
For the monthly subscription and the Season Pass, the guarantee covers the first payment of a new subscription. Later renewal payments are not covered by the guarantee, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals (see section 5).
3. How to request a refund
Email admin@intervyo.co.uk from the address on your account and include:
- The email address on your Intervyo account
- What you bought (monthly, Firm Pack, Firm Premium Pack, or Season Pass)
- The date of purchase
You do not have to give a reason. A short note on what did not work for you is welcome and helps us improve, but it is not required.
4. How refunds are processed
- We acknowledge refund requests within 5 working days and approve eligible requests promptly.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Once approved, the refund typically reaches your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
- We refund the amount you paid. Any taxes collected at checkout are refunded with it.
- When a refund is issued, the related paid access (the subscription, Firm Pack, Firm Premium Pack, or Season Pass) ends.
5. After the 7-day window
After the 7-day window we do not refund partial months or unused features, except where required by law. For the monthly subscription and the Season Pass you can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
The Firm Pack and the Firm Premium Pack are one-time purchases for the application season, so there is nothing to cancel.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy sits alongside your legal rights as a consumer, including UK Consumer Contracts Regulations cooling-off rights for distance contracts where they apply, and equivalent US state consumer-protection rights. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy, the law applies. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
