Vyo Coach is a conversational AI advisor trained on graduate finance recruiting. You ask questions in plain text - any question, any time of day - and Vyo answers with the specificity of someone who has been through the cycle a thousand times. It is grounded on the Intervyo firm dataset (firm processes, deadlines, scoring patterns), current-cycle data (which firms are opening when, who is hiring what), and the structured frameworks that successful candidates actually use.
The big difference from ChatGPT is what Vyo knows about you. With the Pipeline Tracker set up, Vyo knows which firms you are applying to, what stage you are on, what prep you have done, what your weak areas are. “What should I focus on this weekend” gets a specific answer that names your upcoming interviews and your existing prep gaps. Vyo is not a replacement for a human mentor. Human mentors give you network access, advocacy in a hiring committee, and the social context that AI cannot replicate. 'What should I focus on this weekend' gets a specific answer about your actual next interview - 'You have a JPM HireVue on Tuesday and you have only done 4 practice runs. Prioritise that. Is Vyo a replacement for a human mentor?
